Today I will be receiving a tribute from the Kent County Levy Court for my year of service as Miss Delaware 2009. It was an incredible year, and I am truly honored to have had the chance to experience what it feels to change the lives of others.
I was blessed to receive my tribute along side of our lovely Miss Delaware 2010. Kayla continues to be an inspiration to those around her, and I am certain she will do our state proud at Miss America!
Thank you for all of the kind words from the Commissioners at the Kent County Levy Court, especially my Levy Court Commissioner, Eric Buckson.
